reflekt.me
The resume the job actually asked for.
Give reflekt.me your career material once — old resumes, notes, whatever form it is already in. For every role, paste the job description and get back a print-ready resume and cover letter, written from your record and optimized from the start for both applicant-tracking systems (ATS) and human readers.
Build your record once. Point it at a job.
Everything you have already written about yourself
Drop in old resumes, a CV, a brag doc, performance-review notes, LinkedIn export. PDF, DOCX, Markdown or plain text — the text is extracted for you, and nothing is retyped into a form. Then answer what documents never capture: your qualifications, the achievements you want every resume to lead with, and how you want to work.
Paste a description, or pull one from job search
Optionally customize how we generate — length, template, cover letter, fact check. Every field is pre-filled from your defaults, so most applications are a paste and a click. The job appears in your list immediately and starts generating.
A finished PDF, not a score and a to-do list
The resume and the cover letter progress and complete independently, so you can read one while the other finishes. If something is off, request changes in plain English. If you created the job from Job Search, click a button to open the application portal and drop in your generated documents to finish the application.
A language model can't see the page it wrote.
A language model can write a good resume. What it cannot do — what nothing that only produces text can do — is see the page. Ask for one page you get something that flows into two pages or reads as a thin candidate with excessive whitespace. Ask for a resume that looks hand-crafted, and you end up with words overflowing and dangling onto their own line like slop.
So the writing is paired with a second engine that geometrically analyzes your resume. It renders a real PDF, scans it, and measures the page — whitespace coverage, balance, orphaned line detection — then tells the LLM how it can improve. The engines work together for up to six rounds, until the page comes back exactly the length you asked for and evenly set, the way a professional would set it by hand.
What gets measured is the document you download. Templates emit self-contained HTML and CSS, rendered in a real browser — there is no preview that differs from the file.
Every line has to trace back to something you actually did.*
Traditional ATS resume optimizers have a critical flaw — they build your resume then optimize for ATS. They only see your lean one-page resume. With such limited understanding of you, naturally they hallucinate claims you can't defend in an interview.
reflekt.me is fundamentally different. reflekt.me builds “your record” from the start, so when it's time to integrate ATS keywords, it has plenty of context to avoid hallucinating and doesn't feel pressured to lie.
Of course, no AI can guarantee perfect accuracy — that's why reflekt.me has an integrated fact checker. Enable the fact checker for your resume, and every claim is methodically extracted and defended against your record before you even see the draft.
Keyword coverage you can actually defend
Before drafting, reflekt.me reads the posting and identifies the terms an applicant-tracking system (ATS) is likely to scan for, then checks each one against your record. Only the terms your own material already substantiates are passed to the writer, to be phrased close to the posting's language where it genuinely fits — not awkwardly crammed in at the end. When it's done, the high quality resume content is rendered in an attractive ATS-optimized template.
It tells you how well you match, in writing
Every finished draft carries the engine's own assessment of how well your record genuinely supports that role, with a short written rationale for the score. It is disclosed to you, never used to block a generation. Applying to a stretch role is your call — it still writes the best honest document it can.
* Refers to (1) reflekt.me's foundational design, which drafts from your complete record rather than a lean resume, giving it full context so it isn't pressured to invent, and (2) our optional fact-check pass, which extracts and checks every claim against your source documents. As an AI, reflekt.me can make mistakes and cannot provide guarantees on outcomes.
The same record, set for the field you are applying in.
Choose the template that reflects the role you're applying for and easily switch templates to target different roles — Classic and Modern for most roles, Harvard/MBA for consulting, banking and academia, Design for creatives, and Medical and Federal for clinical and USAJOBS applications — all designed specifically for parsing cleanly in applicant-tracking systems (ATS).
Most tools hand the hard part back to you.
Three kinds of product exist in this category, and each one stops a step short of a document you can send.
Find the role and tailor for it without changing tabs.
Paste in a job description or find one within the app. We aggregate real job listings and made it as effortless as possible to apply to as many relevant roles as possible — reflekt.me uses your record to generate Job Searches in the app, click a button to track the job in the app and generate documents for it, and click a button to open the applicant page for submitting your documents.
Employers don't allow auto-applying — but we've removed as much friction as they'll let us.
The things people ask first.
Will it make things up about me?
Unlike other resume tools, reflekt.me has your complete record — when it ATS-optimizes your resume, it uses that record to generate truthful ATS-optimized claims* while other tools hallucinate. Of course, no AI is perfect — turn on fact check and a second pass verifies each claim against your source documents before you ever see the draft.
I already have a resume. Is that a problem?
That is the input. We don't force you into a rigid resume builder that only imports half your resume — just drop it in as it is. An old, long, over-detailed CV is better material than a tidy one-pager — the engine cuts rather than invents, so more to choose from is an advantage.
Do AI resumes all look the same?
No — each resume reflects the unique applicant that created it. We offer six flexible ATS-optimized resume templates — the engine decides which sections to create, what they are called and what order they go in, for this specific role.
What if I am a stretch candidate?
It writes the best honest document it can and shows you its own read on how well your record supports the role. A weak match is disclosed, never a block — whether to apply is your call.
What does it cost?
Every account starts with 10 free credits — enough for up to 10 resumes. Additional credits can be bought in packs for as little as $5. No subscription, no lock-in — we try and get you a job ASAP, not keep you subscribed.
What if it cannot do a good job?
It rarely comes up — a record with a real document or two in it has more than enough to work with, and the engine settles the page in the first round or two. When it genuinely cannot, it says so instead of padding: you are warned before you spend anything if your record is too thin for the length you asked for, and a run that cannot finish tells you plainly what happened, what it cost, and offers to retry at a shorter length.
